- Paul Johnson Added December 05, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never met a more racist, incompetent and lack of empathy from a real estate in my life. They were not willing to work with us in anyway and they treated our kids like absolute dirt. Our kids left an open home in tears because of the way one of their staff was talking to them and ourselves. All of this was simply due to us asking a question about landlords. We were not the only ones rudely treated either, some people of another nationality were belittled for their lack of English, colour and their attire.
I would advise anyone to steer clear of this real estate agency to send a message that their treatment of potential renters is not on. I will never ever lease or do business with Barry Plant Gladstone Park and if that is how head office trains their staff then i would highly doubt any other branches are much better.
