My 2nd attempt at using this clinic over the years and nothing has changed! 1st time they refused to call about my lost x-rays because they were "closing in 10 minutes "- Obviously don't like to work! One phone call required, but they told me to ring around instead! Miserable and unapproachable!
This time they can't even tell me if my files from another doctor have arrived yet, cut me off and refused to check. I am now going to another clinic! Never again!
I wish I could find where I can put in a formal complaint. Disgusting!
